I have been working with Annette for over a year now and she has been extremely helpful in purchasing numerous houses throughout the Milwaukee area. Has a great knowledge of the real estate market in Milwaukee always on time and polite and always will to answer any questions to the best of her knowledge.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Riverwest, Milwaukee, WI.
We have been looking with Annette for more than 2 years. She never gave up on us knowing that we were seriously looking for the right rental properties. I know for sure other agents would have told us to get lost. She has written over 15 offers for us while we have closed on just 3. Most brokers would not take that kind of time for such small compensation. She just absolutely loves her job. In one specfic instance it looked like we were going to miss out on a good property until she called the REO manager on our behalf. We closed a week later. We are not easy customers to please
but she always nows how to make it right. Thanks again for your hard work!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Brookfield, WI.
This was not the first time that we bought or sold a home, but the best experience ever with a realtor. Annette's expertise in the negotiation of the sale of our home was amazing, making sure that there weren't any loop holes that could interfere with final closing and still obtain the best price for us.
Annette handled our counter offers professionally, making sure that the buyer's agent didn't include anything into the counter offer that didn't have our best interest at heart.
Buying or selling a home is a very stressful situation but dealing with Annette was not only professional but very comfortable and we will definitely use her services again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Whitefish Bay, WI.
Annette was very helpful the whole time, at first my girlfriend and I were just testing the waters and seeing what our options were for homes and Annette called us up. Being first time home buyers we were a little hesitant at first to dive right in and pick a realtor but after a few showings we had a lot of fun going through houses and decided to stick with her! We eventually found a little cape cod in Whitefish Bay that we loved but the bank was giving us trouble. Annette was there to help us with those issues too and we are now living in the house we wanted!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Brookfield, WI.
We were looking for a home for over 2 years with Annette. First of all, she is the most honest person you can do business with. She truly cares about finding the right place for you and your family and really listens to what you have to say. In addition, she is very patient! You don't feel like you have to be in a hurry so she can go on to the next customer. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. She handled everything so smoothly, was very prompt in getting back to us about ANYTHING, and even went beyond the expectations of a realtor. She really is someone you cannot find in this day and age to do business with, and that, is priceless.

She is very accomidating once she get's familiar with what you want she doesn't forget. Her goal is to get you in your dream home and the best fit home possible for you and your family. Annette is awesome and I refer her 1000% she knows her stuff and doesn't mess around. She definately deserves your business she takes care of mostly everythign and is VERY organized. That's what I love about her skills.

Annette found the house of our dreams for my Partner and I. This was our first home, so it was a bit intimidating but Annette made the process so smooth and walked us through each step. We looked at so many houses and each time, she was patient, knowledgeable, and honest. I could have not have asked for any one better. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and prompt responses really made this process very easy! We are so grateful for all of her help and are so happy in our new home! Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Jackson Park, Milwaukee, WI.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Annette as she worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home for the perfect price! And we consider ourselves pretty picky! Annette was with us every step of the process, from our first day out looking at houses to our final closing date. She even provided transportation and snacks along the way, helping the process remain very smooth and systematic. We also GREATLY appreciated the fact that Annette was very honest and did not pressure us AT ALL to buy something we didn't like. I remember the one house we were at that we did not really care for, and I said something like "I don't care for this one" and Annette said "yeah this house is kinda ugly - let's move on." Knowing we were first-time home buyers, Annette also ruled out a few houses that had foundation problems or other extreme maintenance requirements. I appreciated Annette's knowledge in this regard, and willingness to say "Yeah, this isn't the house for you - let's move on" when she could have pressured us to buy something we didn't really like, or one that wasn't a good match, just for her commission. She's not like that AT ALL, and that really made our home-buying process VERY enjoyable, and made the "dream house" that much better when we eventually found it!

Sold a home in 2012.
We were so thankful to meet Annette when we did. New to the process and unsure of what exactly we wanted, she was amazing in helping us sort that out, see a variety of properties, and stick with us through our journey. We found her to be extremely helpful with questions (especially as first-timers) and her commitment to finding a place we loved was unwavering. Not to mention, we had a lot of fun along the way! So very glad we worked with her. We are thrilled with our new house. Highly recommend Annette.
