Although only working and knowing Ann slightly under 2 years, I have found her residential real estate skills impressive. She takes the time to listen carefully to our needs and shows only properties that fit in our portfolio plan. We are currently adding 2-3 small rentals to our portfolio in the Hollywood Beach, Silver Strand area. We currently own 8 properties and have experience with several brokers and agents. Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $1575k in Camarillo, CA.Summary:
Ann helped us buy our home several years ago and was fabulous. She has great market knowledge and spent weeks with us looking for just the right home. Our search took us awhile as we were new to the area and not sure exactly where we wanted to be but she was very patient.
She is an expert in Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo and you can't find a better realtor for the beach area.
I don't plan on moving any time soon but will definately use Ann again.…More Less
