Although only working and knowing Ann slightly under 2 years, I have found her residential real estate skills impressive. She takes the time to listen carefully to our needs and shows only properties that fit in our portfolio plan. We are currently adding 2-3 small rentals to our portfolio in the Hollywood Beach, Silver Strand area. We currently own 8 properties and have experience with several brokers and agents.
