Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in White River Junction, VT.

Ann Swanson sold us our first house 24 years ago and we were so happy with her that we contacted her recently when we needed a larger house. She helped us find a new house (2014), then shepherded us through the process of selling the old house (2015). She was able to rapidly grasp our very particular needs for a new house and showed infinite patience for our many delays and hesitations as we searched for the perfect home. We also found her incredibly responsive--rapidly returning our e-mails and calls. She also gave us excellent advice during our negotiations, first as buyers, then as sellers. Bought a home in 2014 in Thetford Center, Thetford, VT 05075.

We used Ann Swanson for a very long and complicated real estate process that ultimately culminated in the purchase of our first home. Without Ann's assistance, our purchase never would have succeeded. Ann was a fierce advocate for our interests when we encountered problems in the process without pressuring us to make decisions that were ultimately not in our interest. Ann's expertise and assistance went far beyond that of a real estate agent--she has an expert knowledge of area lenders, contractors, and services. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in East Thetford, VT.

I am a first-time home buyer and I would not be able to go through the the whole process without Ann! She was very kind to spend an enormous amount of time explaining how things work, and what I need to do when (and how). Her knowledge about the real estate in the area is superb.

She is also extremely flexible with being available outside of "regular" office hours. I had an intensely busy schedule at work, and on many days I could only pay attention to the house shopping at early mornings, nights or weekends, or at very narrow time windows during the day. I initially thought that I just would not be able to buy a house during these specific months of the year, as I did not expect any real estate agent to work with my crazy hours. Not only Ann was so accommodating to my schedule, but she also made sure I did not miss any deadlines, and kept lines of communication with the seller open when I was not able to respond due to my time constraints.

I am recommending Ann without any reservations.
