Did not respond to my inquiry in Warm Springs, Sunol, CA 94539.
I attempted to contact Ann Thai through email from the Zillow site, an email message from her site, and voicemail (twice). I never heard from her. I can't say anything about her local knowledge, process expertise, or negotiation skills.

Hi, I'm sorry that you felt that didn't return your calls or emails...I just got back recovery from my recent surgery.I am trying to follow up on all my messages and emails in the order that I received them. I've always returns calls and emails and be helpful to buyers/sellers even if they may or may not work with me. As proven, all buyers and sellers have worked with me gave me a 5 stars for my excellent service. As you can see, the moment I'm back to work and got your email, I responded back to you within 24 hours, which I still have not heard back from you. I hope that you're well and not sick from this weird weather. I try my best to be responsive to all calls and emails. I'm sorry I cannot find your emails and voice mails that you mentioned you sent. I'm not sure when did you emails or calls me? But again, thanks for reaching out to me if you did, and I apology if we missed the opportunity of working together!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $550K in Santa Teresa, San Jose, CA.
Ann Thai undertook a complex task of selling our home which was underwater by $350K. It had 2 lien holders. She was able to sell this home in record time, within the span of 3 months (from start to finish) well before the anticipated deadlines. She was very pro-active and extremely diligent in following up with the banks and the buyers. She takes personal care for her clients and gets the best win in every transaction.
We highly recommend Ann Thai to every buyer/seller. She is the best agent we have met so far. We were extremely satisfied with her services and she exceeded our expectations in every domain. We will not stop recommending her to all our friends and colleagues. Great work! Great results!

Sold a home in 2013.
I signed a half year exclusive contact with Ann.
Basically she is a responsible person. Every time she replied to my information timely.
She also has lots of experience in real estate bargain, and finally help me buy a house with a reasonable price. Thank you Ann!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Evergreen, San Jose, CA.
Many people say it’s difficult to buy a house in this time. However, we only spent 1.5 months to buy a house.
We bought a house in Evergreen area, San Jose in Oct 2012. We are first time home buyer, so we want to meet a good agent who can helps us to buy a house. Therefore, we searched on Zillow.com and saw Ann Thai who has had many high recommend from her customers.
Since we have co-ordinate with Ann, we didn’t spend a lot of time to look for houses. Every day, she sent to us one link of houses in regular sale and one link of house in short sale. These links were updated every day with complete information. They were automatic, so we didn’t miss any houses in price we wanted. With these links, we could visit these houses by ourselves in case these houses were open house or we called Ann to make appointment to visit the houses in list.
In addition, Ann is very enthusiastic in her job. We could call or email her any time, day or night, weekday or weekend, she always called back to answer our questions or help us to solve our problems immediately.
Furthermore, Ann has rich knowledge and experience in real estate and gave us her advice about the house, area, price etc. Therefore, we could buy a house very quickly. Also, Ann could deal with seller’s agent to protect her customer when we met some problems in loan. Ann and the loan officer are professional persons. They solve problems very quickly. They are too nice and kind persons. Ann is the best realtor and we are very lucky to meet Ann and her team. We highly recommend Ann to be your real estate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Northgate, Fremont, CA.
I am a first time home buyer. I failed many times in purchasing house before I knew Ann Thai. I was very terrible disappointment.
Later , My friend recommended Ann to me so that I found her ,and Desired to help me to purchase house. At this time, I was very luck. With the help of Ann, I successfully bought a single family house located at Fremont in July ,2012.
Hereby I would like to tell the home buyers that you must have the best agent if you want to win and flatten your opponent. Ann is the best realtor who has rich knowledge and experience of real estate , the loan process , and give you quick response according to your request. She really does a great job , and is too kind. It is very nice and enjoyable to work with a very nice person.
So I highly recommend Ann Thai to be your real estate agent.

Ann recently helped me buy my first home in Willow Glen, San Jose. She was a Godsend - hands down the best real estate agent I have worked with or heard about. She is way on top of the game in terms of knowledge and achieving results - whatever your situation. She'll get you what you want and then negotiate an offer that is acceptable to both buyer and seller. Getting your offer accepted can sometimes be taken for granted, but it is often the make or break step.
After getting your offer accepted, then sit back and watch Ann go to bat for you in terms of getting you all kinds of desirable extras. One key thing - she also knew an unaffiliated BOA loan agent, that frankly made this whole thing work - and I had talked to many loan agents before then. Working with Ann was just refreshing, making the whole experience of buying a house the joy that such a massive and potentially stressful financial step should be. I wish I had better words to describe my experience - it was excellent A+++...
Not only should anyone work with Ann, but I will vouch that you do yourself a disservice not to. God bless you Ann.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in San Jose, CA.
Being a FHA buyer I was very lucky to have Ann as my buyer agent. She is very knowledgeable in real-estate selling and buying. With her help we finally got a house that we like. Not only Ann was able to get the seller to accept our offer, we are able to get it without offering anything more than the listing price. Throughout the loan process she was able to keep the seller to be patient until the loan is closed. I would recommend Ann to my friends and family to use her when it's time for them to buy to sell a house. I just like to say thank you Ann for guiding us through this purchase and making it possible.

Sold a home in 2011.
Ann is without doubt the best at what she does. My shortsale was definitely more difficult, and quite challenging as i had 2 loans on my home with 2 very difficult banks. She went above and beyond to work on getting approvals for the shortsale with both banks concurrently and got approval for both in record time, nearly half the time it would have normally taken to get approval. Her attention to detail and persistence definitely paid off, as she was able to make her closing date on time. The entire process was very transparent from my end, and she assured me that all was going ahead of schedule. Very seamless, very professional, and very fast! Ann has definitely gained the title of "your realtor for life." It is very exciting to work with her, and very rewarding as well. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!!! You're one of a kind, and definitely have my seal of approval! Bravo!

Bought a home in 2011.
Ann recently helped me complete a real estate short sale transaction. Of the realtors whom I have met, Ann is truly the best realtor.
She is very prompt with her reply and you can always find her. I remembered that on many occasions I would shoot her an email at night thinking that she would respond the next day. But not Ann. She would reply that same night even though my email was not urgent. If she doesn't have an answer to your email and needs to confirm with a 3rd party, she would acknowledge receipt of you email and let you know once she has an answer.
Although she is busy with other transactions (which is another testament that she is a great realtor), she would give you her full attention to complete your transaction. Short sales usually take a long time to complete. However, since Ann had all the "ducks lined up" so to speak, my short sale transaction was completed rather quickly, smoothly, and efficiently.
She is very cordial and would provide you with plenty of advice and guidance, even on non real estate issues.
I would very highly recommend Ann as a realtor!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Cabrillo, Fremont, CA.
as a first time buyer we do not have any knowledge about purchase a property. we are happy that Ann be with us from the start to finish.
Ann showed us this beautiful house on Thursday night, we loved and she suggested us to make an offer before the weekend because the house hasn't been on the market for that long and we don't want the seller to receive more offers once they do an open house, we agreed to make an offer at the asking price, but Ann made the offer for us below asking price and padded the offer with seller credits for our closing cost. Ann's negotiation skills and her strategy worked and the seller accepted our offer on Saturday and the process started. Later on, there was a extenive delay for the loan process and Ann was with us every step of the way by extending our contingency date four times with the seller, she also helped push the loan agent to close the loan on time.
It was a pleasure to work with Ann on this deal and we had nothing but good things to say about her. Ann was aggressive and masterful. she was in constant communication with us and other agents. She was on our side all the way. We really appreciate everything she did for us.
