    In 2000 Ann helped us buy a condominium in a market that was heating up rapidly. We thought we might be priced out but Ann's tenacity and hard work saved the day. She went above and beyond average service by contacting us about a newly available unit while we were traveling in South America. We bought the unit and loved it for 12 years. So when it was time to sell, there was no one we even considered using as our agent but Ann. Again, we were impressed by her attention to detail and drive to complete the transaction. Unlike some real estate agents, Ann was involved in every aspect of the process from initial evaluation to arranging contractors for repairs the day before closing.
