WOW! I was shown a overpriced abandoned moldy co-op as move in ready. Anthony quickly stopped returning my phone calls, when he did finally pick up the phone he told me: 'The Commission I would receive is Not worth My Time! Have a Nice Day' as he hung up on me! I contacted Caldwell Bankers.

This was not our listing so it is not correct to put the price and condition of the co-op as our responsibility. We strive to give 100% customer service. At times we can not take on any new buyers because we want to be able to service our customers and clients fully. We apologize that you felt were neglected.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Greenvale, NY.

After owning a rental home for 25 years, it was time to sell. We listed it with Laura Blanco. From meeting potential buyers during this winter's snow storms (the home was located 50 miles from Laura's office!) to providing great references for key services required during a home sale, Laura sure did cover a lot of ground. Sold a home in 2012 in Lake Panamoka, Upton, NY 11961.

Laura is a very thoughtful and competent agent. We enjoyed working with her. She sold our home in Shoreham, NY and helped us buy our retirement home in Ridge, NY The pictures that Laura took of our home came out beautiful. They really showed off its best features. Andrea & George Dehler
