Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Palmdale, CA.
Anusha is attentive to the buyers needs both before and after the purchase. She goes beyond the expected professionalism in the client/agent arena. After the purchase, she periodically checked in with me letting me know when a favorite restaurant was reopening. More importantly, she informed me/checked on my status during an important event which could have seriously affected my home. (During the event, Anusha's candor and immediate action, i.e. checking on my home while I was out of town, made believe she would have stepped in and assisted further in any way she could, if it were necessary.)
Note to Zillow:
A truer selection for the negotiation would be N/A (not applicable), as I made a bid for the property and immediately accepted the seller's counter offer to speed the process. Therefore, I did not have a proper chance to honestly rate Anusha's negotiation skills.…More Less
