We met Paul and Pam nearly a year ago while searching for our dream house. I am sure they quickly realized that it would be no easy commission for them, as we were very particular in what we were looking for; the perfect house one the perfect property, in the perfect area, at the perfect price. AND, we needed to sell our own house before we could purchase. They never hesitated to show us properties, even if it meant a LONG drive. Also, as many homes as we looked at, (and we looked at a lot), they never pressured us into making an offer on a home that wasn't right for us, just to get a quick commission. Sometimes they even talked us down from a home if it wasn't a good deal or wasn't right for our needs. When we finally found the "ONE", we had already been working with our bank on a mortgage for the better part of a year, but the bank dropped the ball in a big way right before we were scheduled to close. Paul and Pam recommended a mortgage person that they knew could get it done fast, even though we are self employed. We would recommend them to anyone who is starting the search for their next home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Lowell, MI.

My wife and I met Paul and Pam at an open house during our search for our dream home. Although we were not interested in the home they were showing that day, we shared with them that our first need was to sell our current home. We had them list our home in Lowell. They were very motivated to find buyers and held a few open houses. When we received offers they were able to offer us advice that only a true real estate veteran would know. They are very responsive to all methods of communication; phone calls, texts, emails, etc. We had one of the more expensive homes in the area, so it was a little harder to find buyers. Paul and Pam got it done with a minimum of headaches on our part. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Hopkins, MI.

Pam and Paul are wonderful at what they do. They made my home buying experience enjoyable and as least stressful as possible.
