Sold a home in 2012.
Paul is professional and genuine. He listens to our needs and looks out for our best interest. He is optimistic but grounded in reality and the behavior of the current market. He has a calm personality that is very pleasant to work with. Paul Is helping us sell our home and purchase another.

Bought a home in 2009.
There are several reasons our experience with Paul was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for in a real estate agent. We don't normally write reviews, but my husband and I were so happy with how smooth the process was in buying a house with Paul, that we decided to write this emphatic recommendation:
1) Paul made time for us and our busy schedules. As first-time home buyers, we naturally wanted to see many properties so we had a pulse on what our money would buy us. Paul scheduled many homes for us to visit in the location and price range that we were looking all on a Saturday afternoon.
2) It is very apparent that Paul has been in the business for many years and has experience, contacts and resources at his disposal. During our house viewings, I never felt pressure to like a home or not. At times it felt like I was viewing the properties with my dad - he gave sound and realistic advise.
3) During the actual negotiations and purchase of our home, we felt comfortable and trusted the advise of Paul which resulted in acquiring the home we wanted for the price we wanted. He even sent us a nice welcome home gift when we moved in - a gift certificate out to dinner!
It is with these points that I highly recommend using Paul Schwallier for the sale or purchase of your next home or property.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2009.
I had Paul list my house in this tough housing market. He used several marketing tools to make it highly visable in several market areas. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Jenison, MI.
Paul was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and offered solid advice as we navigated the process of selling our house. Sold a home in 2009.
We had some vacant wooded land which we had been trying to sell for several years ourselves. Then we listed it with Paul Schwallier and it was sold within a short time. We went to him again for some lots we wanted to sell and again he helped us. When we are ready to sell our lake house we will put it in Paul's capable hands and are very confident he will do the job for us.

Sold a Single Family home in 2003 in West Grand, Grand Rapids, MI.
My husband and I worked with Paul Schwallier
when we decided to sell our house, and purchase
a new one. Paul had some great ideas to make
get our house ready to sell, and was able to sell
it in just 2 and 1/2 weeks. He then started working
with us on our new house. Paul showed us many
great houses, and we were finally able to get a great

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Whitneyville, Kentwood, MI 49512
Paul spent many hours helping me look for a home for myself and my 2 kids. He was very knowledgeable about the Kentwood area and quickly got me into any home I showed interest in seeing. He connected me with a mortgage lender and got me going on that part of it. As it turned out I was not able to buy due to an unexpected decrease in my monthly income but I know had that not happened he would have found us the right home.
