Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Arpad is the most knowledgeable Real estate agent I have ever come across. I have met many agents before and Arpad is quite unique in sharing his experience and knowledge. Once you visit a few homes with him, you'll notice the big difference from other agents and realize how many aspects should be considered in home buying.
Arpad is sincere and responds in a timely manner. He ensures that the Client's interests are protected and we are very impressed.
We met Arpad in an open house, where he was explaining several aspects of home buying to another buyer, and we immediately felt that he is the right agent.
