I want to give Alex the highest rating because he is an Intelligent, resourceful and honest individual. He was patient with me and my high demands when looking for a home and the end result was worth it. I bought the exact home i wanted after looking for a year. His recommendations made the difference in the offer and negotiations. The settlement was without any problems and when i had my key i was ecstatic.

Sold a home in 2009.
Alex has helped me in a sale of my Washington Sq. condo. I had a lot on the line, I was setting up to buy a house in Huntingdon Valley and was short on funds. My settlement for the both properties was on the same day and the sale was scheduled later then the buy. Alex had worked with both my buyer and my seller. He set up all the appointments with title companies and a mortgage professional, who he works closely with. I cannot stress the word PROFFESSIONAL enough. Both Alex and everyone that he put me in contact with were very knowledgeable with excellent track records. He completely walked me through the entire process and even ran some documents from office to office for me (he really was not obligated to do that.) I would highly recommend Alex to anyone who is buying or selling real estate.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $225K in Academy Gardens, Philadelphia, PA.
Alex was the listing agent for our property. My wife and I like him and He handled the sale of our home with professionalism. He is a straight shooter and did not like to tippy-toe around issues which were important to us. He has up to date marketing skills and he advertized our home well because we got many offers. The flow of information from Alex came on regular basis and when time is of the essence communication is important.

He is very knowledgeable, patient and firm when it comes to negotiations. I bought my latest house with him at the age of 56. We looked at many homes and the home I liked I got. The offer was put timely. I was guided through the mortgage process and the purchase process without any problems. Closing was efficient, he did not waste my time.
