Got me the price I needed, quick quick quick! The team is great to work with, all estimates were spot-on, and I could always get a hold of an actual person if I had questions/concerns. Accommodating, professional, straightforward!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Lakewood, CO.
Ali and her team were incredibly helpful, and worked with surprising speed. I knew that we were in good hands from the first time I spoke with Ali. Her team had wonderful communication skills, and were always available to answer questions for provide advice. This was our first time buying a home, and I hope to use Ali and her team again should we ever buy or sell a home.

Ali's team is great! With the high speed market of today I couldn't recommend Ali's team enough! They are on the ball with every aspect of buying a home. From keeping us updated on every new home that popped onto the market, to the smooth effortless process of buying and closing on the home... these guys were excellent.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have complete confidence in working with Ali to buy and sell my family's real estate. Her level of knowledge of the market is superior. In fact, I wish we would have listened to her 1 1/2 years ago on a property we were selling. She was dead on with the price and we should have listened to her recommendation instead of trying to go higher. The net result was the home finally sold much later than would have been necessary.
When the time comes to close a deal, Ali is a shrewd negotiator. She doesn't miss a beat. She is exemplary in her skill and knowledge. As a matter of fact, it is refreshing to work with someone of this caliber in residential real estate.
In my business as an interior designer, I often have clients that look at remodeling before selling a home. And many times, they have not chosen a realtor. I do not hesitate recommending Ali.

Ali and her team define service excellence. My time schedule to find, finance and close on a new home was very tight - they knew this and responded. I appreciated the way they listened from the very beginning, and have continued their follow-up after the close ensuring a total quality experience. Referrals are gold and I will confidently refer Ali and her team to the executives who follow me into Denver. You guys provide 5 stars service.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Littleton, CO.
What I would really like to applaud is the patience and dedication that Ali and Rick had throughout our home search. For starters my wife and I were fairly set on what we were looking for. The home options that Ali provided us with were thoughtful and fitting of our criteria. She consistently worked with our schedule and often times on short notice, it just took awhile to find "the one". When we did find our new home it happened to be bank owned and there we issues locating the property deed. For almost 4 months Rick worked with us trying to break through the red tape. He went well above and beyond spending endless hours on the phone searching for answers and keeping us updated daily. After having our lease run out and spending a month with a family member we gave up on waiting and resumed our search. We found our new "home" shortly thereafter. Rick dutifully negotiated a couple sticking points and in 3 weeks we were moving in. Both Ali and Rick were outstanding to work with and there is no question if I were to do it all over again(just not too soon) I would want them on my team.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $225K in Littleton, CO.
I really enjoyed working with Ali and her team. Bill Stubblefield was our personal agent, and gave us the attention that we required. As first time home buyers, we had no idea of what we had in store. Bill was on top of every house that came on the market and would send me details as he found them. We had no idea what we really wanted in a home and Bill took the time to show us a variety of houses in and around our budget and through that we narrowed down what we wanted in a home. The entire team explained everything to us and made the buying experience very pleasant. Their strong knowledge of real estate and experience helped us negotiate through a stubborn seller's agent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
