    As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I'm just very glad I had Amanda there to walk me through the process. It is very rare that I am able to work with someone who can provide me better information than my old friend Google...Amanda managed to do that. There are many different things that go into the home-buying process that I had no idea about.     Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Virginia Village, Denver, CO.
    I was a first time home buyer and Amanda was the perfect choice! She walked me through every step of the process.     As a Colorado resident for nearly 20 years, and a resident of the Denver Metro Area for the past 9 years, Amanda has gained a working knowledge of the area from a perspective unlike most other real estate professionals. Growing up the daughter of a Residential General Contractor, Amanda understands construction. As a resident of the Baker Neighborhood, and owner of a 100 year old home, she also understands what the term "Fixer Upper" really means.

    Amanda's education and prior work history provides a unique and valuable perspective on Colorado Real Estate. Amanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Iowa State University, and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
