05/04/2013 - user8456665Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Virginia Village, Denver, CO.
As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I'm just very glad I had Amanda there to walk me through the process. It is very rare that I am able to work with someone who can provide me better information than my old friend Google...Amanda managed to do that. There are many different things that go into the home-buying process that I had no idea about. Amanda was able to clearly outline everything involved and answer every question/concern that I had with an intelligent response. She was always very easy to get a hold of and was just a genuine pleasure to work with.…More Less

Buying or selling a home is an exciting and sometimes stressful experience. Having someone in your corner who can set you up to succeed and help you make the right decisions makes all of the difference. Amanda helped us to sell and buy a home the summer of 2012. With her expertise and marketing strategy we had an offer in within 24 hours of listing our home and were able to choose between 3 competitive offers by the end of the weekend. When we were looking for our new home she helped us to evaluate our priorities and then helped us stick to them.…More Less

I was a first time home buyer and Amanda was the perfect choice! She walked me through every step of the process. She was always easy to get ahold of and very willing to meet me in person to discuss and explain anything that I did not understand. Amanda made me feel comfortabe in a stressful situation. I never felt pressured to make a decision or comit to something I was uncomfortable with. I felt like Amanda always had my best intrest in mind throughout the entire process. I would recommend Amanda to my friends and family in a heartbeat! I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time buyer.…More Less
