As a Colorado resident for nearly 20 years, and a resident of the Denver Metro Area for the past 9 years, Amanda has gained a working knowledge of the area from a perspective unlike most other real estate professionals. Growing up the daughter of a Residential General Contractor, Amanda understands construction. As a resident of the Baker Neighborhood, and owner of a 100 year old home, she also understands what the term "Fixer Upper" really means.
Amanda's education and prior work history provides a unique and valuable perspective on Colorado Real Estate. Amanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Iowa State University, and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. From 2004 to 2009 Amanda worked as a Water Resources Engineer for an established Water Rights Engineering firm in the Denver Metro Area. Amanda's education and work experience not only gives her clients the added understanding of the importance of Water Rights for many properties in Colorado, it also gives them the benefit of knowing that her background in Engineering brings with it high moral and ethical standards and a strong work ethic.
At the end of the home buying process, Amanda's clients know they have been presented with the most comprehensive information available to help them make the best decision for themselves in purchasing or selling their home or investment property.
