David began his career in real estate in 1993 working primarily in commercial real estate for a well-established firm in southwest Ohio.  During these years, he was exclusive agent for a large oil and gas company's land acquisition efforts as well as finding suitable office and retail space to a growing list of clients.  In 1997, opportunity knocked again and David found himself in Texas with two simultaneous business ventures along with his residential real estate career, which efforts are today focused principally on the northwest corridor of Austin including Steiner Ranch, Twin Creeks, Avery Ranch, Bushy Creek, Sendero Springs and Teravista.  

David is a man of many talents and many children.  He plays soccer and coaches for his kids' teams, is an established piano player with a national reputation at such venues as Howl at the Moon, Pete's and many others across the country.  He has a beautiful wife, Dalinda, and five children – yes five! – And as he often says, he's very involved in their lives and committed to making them good citizens and great Texans!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Round Rock, TX.

Let me start by saying that David was there from start to finish. Communication was always prompt via text, phone call, or email. We started searching for a home in late February and didn't buy the house until late April. It was a long and grueling process, but David made it less painful via his communication, information, and commitment to getting me into the home I wanted. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is in search of a trustworthy realtor.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in Cedar Park, TX.

When the time came for us to look for a house, Mr. David Morris helped us through the whole process. Finding us the most perfect house, and the most perfect nieghborhood, filled with great niebors. Helped me rent a Single Family home in Austin, TX.

We were looking for a home to rent a few months back and came in contact with David Morris regarding a listing we were interested in. The home we originally called about actually had more bedrooms than we needed, but David was more than happy to help us find what we needed. We gave him all of the requirements we were looking for in a home and he quickly got to work trying to find the right home for my family and me. It was a bit of a task for him as I was quite picky about the area I needed to be in to be close to both of our work locations and the daycare our son goes to, but he was very patient throughout the entire process and showed us several options to choose from. Not only was he very willing to help, but he made it possible to show us homes in the evening hours due to both of our busy schedules. Personally, I have dealt with several agents that are just out to make a quick sale and will stop returning your calls if you don't pick something fast, but David is not this way at all. I felt that his concern was making sure we found something we were happy with. In the end we are very happy with the home we decided with. I will definitely be contacting David when my family starts looking for a home to purchase.  More Less
