Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Round Rock, TX.

Let me start by saying that David was there from start to finish. Communication was always prompt via text, phone call, or email. We started searching for a home in late February and didn't buy the house until late April. It was a long and grueling process, but David made it less painful via his communication, information, and commitment to getting me into the home I wanted. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is in search of a trustworthy realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in Cedar Park, TX.

When the time came for us to look for a house, Mr. David Morris helped us through the whole process. Finding us the most perfect house, and the most perfect nieghborhood, filled with great niebors. The community fits us perfectly, and the schools fit my childrens perspectives. I highly recommend his services.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Austin, TX.

We were looking for a home to rent a few months back and came in contact with David Morris regarding a listing we were interested in. The home we originally called about actually had more bedrooms than we needed, but David was more than happy to help us find what we needed. We gave him all of the requirements we were looking for in a home and he quickly got to work trying to find the right home for my family and me. It was a bit of a task for him as I was quite picky about the area I needed to be in to be close to both of our work locations and the daycare our son goes to, but he was very patient throughout the entire process and showed us several options to choose from. Not only was he very willing to help, but he made it possible to show us homes in the evening hours due to both of our busy schedules. Personally, I have dealt with several agents that are just out to make a quick sale and will stop returning your calls if you don't pick something fast, but David is not this way at all. I felt that his concern was making sure we found something we were happy with. In the end we are very happy with the home we decided with. I will definitely be contacting David when my family starts looking for a home to purchase.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Cedar Park, TX.

David helped list my home and told me the necessary things I needed to do for it to sale. We had three offers the first day, and he guided with the right one. He then worked very hard to find a home for me and my kids to move into. I was very specific in the neighborhood that I wanted and David went above and beyond to make that happen. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $925K in Austin, TX.

I am grateful to David for his tenacity, drive and market knowledge in helping us buy and sell not one but three Austin homes, including our 5,000 square foot $million home in Long Canyon. There was a comfort zone to his personality, and how he presented himself in a professional manner. Having engaged him as my agent there was no regrets. I would highly recommend him. Thank you again, David, and if there is any need in the future, I will be calling on you.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Austin, TX.

David helped my fiancé and I find our first house, in June. He was an associate of a friend and came highly recommended. I was very nervous about buying my first home. As we viewed more houses together I began to understand that David truly cared about us. He became more than our agent. He was our trusted advisor and our friend. Thank you.

Helped me rent a home.

My wife and I recently moved to Austin and needed to find a place to live within a quick time frame. David Morris came highly recommended from my brother. We contacted him and he went to work for us immediately, quickly finding many suitable properties within our budget, and that matched our (rather specific) criteria.

As a direct result of David's hard work and dedication to his profession, we were able to quickly find a nice place in a great area, and at a good price. We would highly recommend David Morris to anyone in the Austin area who is looking for an intelligent, reliable real estate agent!

Sold a home in 2013.

David Morris initially completed a competitive market analysis and researched successful brokers that specialized in marketing large Florida residential properties located in secure golf communities. David was then instrumental in placing us in contact with a highly qualified local Florida real estate broker to market our multimillion dollar home.

My wife and I had tried unsuccessfully for two years to seek out and engage an effective real estate broker in whom we had confidence to market our home in what is really a very difficult residential marketplace. The broker he identified was from a competitive firm (not Keller-Williams) and was very experienced in attracting European and South American buyers. Between the helicopter aerial views, a very professional online photo tour, printing a four page color brochure, and cheese and wine events to attract competitive brokers, I estimate he has spent over $3,500 in the initial marketing introduction.

Subsequently, David has frequently followed up with us personally as well as periodically communicated with the listing broker.
