We were looking for a home to rent a few months back and came in contact with David Morris regarding a listing we were interested in. The home we originally called about actually had more bedrooms than we needed, but David was more than happy to help us find what we needed. We gave him all of the requirements we were looking for in a home and he quickly got to work trying to find the right home for my family and me. It was a bit of a task for him as I was quite picky about the area I needed to be in to be close to both of our work locations and the daycare our son goes to, but he was very patient throughout the entire process and showed us several options to choose from. Not only was he very willing to help, but he made it possible to show us homes in the evening hours due to both of our busy schedules. Personally, I have dealt with several agents that are just out to make a quick sale and will stop returning your calls if you don't pick something fast, but David is not this way at all. I felt that his concern was making sure we found something we were happy with. In the end we are very happy with the home we decided with. I will definitely be contacting David when my family starts looking for a home to purchase.

David was then instrumental in placing us in contact with a highly qualified local Florida real estate broker to market our multimillion dollar home.
My wife and I had tried unsuccessfully for two years to seek out and engage an effective real estate broker in whom we had confidence to market our home in what is really a very difficult residential marketplace. The broker he identified was from a competitive firm (not Keller-Williams) and was very experienced in attracting European and South American buyers. Between the helicopter aerial views, a very professional online photo tour, printing a four page color brochure, and cheese and wine events to attract competitive brokers, I estimate he has spent over $3,500 in the initial marketing introduction.
