Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in Georgetown, MA.
A friend purchased one of Wendy's listings several years ago and was so impressed with her (even on opposite sides of the transaction) that she recommended her to us for our recent sale. I interviewed several agents and found Wendy to be the most enthusiastic, straightforward, and focused on/in tune with our priorities. She gave us excellent pricing and staging advice, and she adeptly negotiated a very quick sale. Her fee-for-service arrangement is not to be overlooked - we used her time where it was most valuable to us (advice and getting the deal done) and saved a LOT on the commission. Excellent service from Wendy and her team! I have already recommended to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $850K in West Newbury, MA.
Wendy is a very busy realtor but is so attentive you would think that you were her only client. We moved from another state and she was available whenever we called or visited. She arranged her schedule to be available for home inspectors and contractors for us. She intimately knew the elementary school and was on the regional school board. Wendy knew other families in town with similar aged children and where they lived in proximity to our new home. Finally, the bottom line, she helped negotiate a fair price for our home.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in this surrouding area Wendy Willis is the girl to get the job done! My husband and I used Wendy to sell our home and purchase our dream home. If you are looking for an agent that is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and understands the current market, Wendy Willis and her team at Keller Williams is a great choice. I interviewed three local agents before putting the house on the market and Wendy was clearly the best. The house went on the market in September and sold in early December. Wendy guided me throughout the sales process from listing to closing. We made pricing decisions based on her detailed market analysis which was instrumental in making a quick sale. I could not have asked for more!
