I saw the bubble coming, and sold most of my properties, how many agents do you know that undertand markets that well? or economics?

I believe that a once in a lifetime buying opportunity is coming, due to the collapse of this bubble, and the recession, but it is extremely important that you buy the right property at the right time. I can help with that decision. You won't get the 'buy now' answer all the time that is the industry norm from me.
