Our relationship with Brandon has been a long one. Brandon worked hard to understand what we wanted even when we couldn't articulate it very well. Brandon isn't reactive- he sets the pace. He doesn't wait for the other agent or attorney to disclose information. He advises you in what you need up front and helps you move it along. During our purchase, Brandon did research, requested information from the township, and chased down anything that seemed out of place. In doing so, he uncovered important things we needed information on (e.g. Renovations done without permits) as well as things which impacted the purchase price in our favor. He was just as diligent in our home sale. Brandon could have secured his commission with much less effort but he works hard for his clients to give them a great experience and the greatest chances for a successful, low stress transaction. I would (and have) recommend him to others without hesitation.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Bound Brook, NJ.

Brandon was very knowledgeable about the area, home prices, and helped me make minor improvements so that the house would show better. He had many connections in the area for attorneys, banks, and people interested in investing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Bound Brook, NJ.

Brandon was referred to me by a family friend after I sold my condo in Hudson county and began our house search closer to my family. I sent Brandon a list of houses that I had been eyeing from my own research. He went through the list and weeded out ones that were already under contract. He took us out that very next weekend to go through a handful of houses. It was clear right away that Brandon knows a lot about real estate and what to keep an eye out for. One of the things I appreciated the most about Brandon was his honesty and willingness to point out a potential flaw in a home even if it would end up being a deal breaker for us. He was in no rush to push us into a house like some realtors are. He really wanted us to find the right house, at the right price and he quickly built our trust in him. Brandon was very diligent in doing research on houses we liked, sending emails into the late night hours and always responding very quickly. I never had to follow up with him or ask the same question twice. In fact, I think Brandon's responsiveness and flexibility was what gave us a leg up on the house we ended up buying. He showed it to us within hours of receiving my email saying that we were interested on the day it was listed. It is difficult to find anyone that takes pride in their job and does it well but Brandon is one of the best. I feel that Brandon went above and beyond on so many occassions for us. I am a hard person to impress but he did so every step of the way with his attitude, professionalism, knowledge and helpful insights. He even went as far as to change the flapper in the toilet in our new house and order us a new garage door opener! He really cared about us and we couldn't have thanked him enough. Although I hope that we do not need to go through the home buying/seller process again soon, I do hope to work with Brandon again in some capacity in the future.  More Less
