Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Morgantown, WV.
We loved working with Barbara! This is the first home that we have bought, and so we had lots of questions and needed lots of guidance. She was a wonderful guide through the home buying process. She was great about finding us homes to see that met our criteria, and was very prompt at getting back to us when we had our own home requests. It took us a while to find the perfect place, and she was patient and never put any pressure on us to settle for something that wasn't right, or was out of our price range. Showed home in 2012 in Morgantown, WV.
My wife and I contacted barbara about purchasing a house. She eventually returned our request for information. She didn't seem to have read my initial email because she asked questions that I answerd in that correspondance. When she learned that we were first time home buyers and had a limited budget she passed us off to one of her lower level agents. They then handed us further down the line and the woman who showed us around was very nice but either vapid or worse. She showed us homes that were in very poor repair and claimed they were in great shape (while we stood in the run down home) She went so far as to pitch a home as featureing many craftsman upgrades when in reality it was a house that an amature had hacked up and patched together badly. Personaly I feel that they are focused on making sales and not on helping individuals.…More Less

Out of 50 reviews, I have received only one dissatisfied client, which is you. By the way, 85 percent of my business is First Time Home Buyers. That is my speciality. Sold a home in 2013.
I was an out-of-state seller of an 80 year-old, unoccupied home, a very tough sell under any circumstances. Barb worked tirelessly with me to get the property sold and went beyond the call of duty to get contractors to prepare and maintain the property during the selling process. She is great to work with and highly knowledgable of the local market. I would highly recommend Barb to anyone buying or selling a home in Morgantown.…More Less
