Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Stanwood, WA.
Ms. Barbara Hoff was amazing! She worked side by side with us every step of the way, even when the times got rough, she was there. We will reccommend Barb to all of our friends and family. We believe that Barb went over and beyond for us. Thank you Barb! We will stay in touch:)

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Camano Island, WA.
Barb was intrumental in helping us acheive our goal of acquiring our dream home.
Barb was very responsive including providing after hour and weekend service, call backs and emails, sometimes well into the evenings, 7 days a week. Plus Barb was very supportive and flexible: Barb met us "half-way" well out of the Stanwood area as some situations required papers signed and deadlines met timely to be competitive versus other buyers for this property. We Won with Barb on our team!!
Barb provided us with timely referrals of industry/inspection/service professionals that aided in evaluating the property and its planned later modifications that we already have contract proposals for!! And we just Closed! So we can now start making our enhancements.
Barb negotiated the deals that we proposed and when the sellers balked at one key point, she teamed with the seller agents for a very creative solution that diffused the issue and kept the deal moving to closure.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Oak Harbor, WA.
Working with Barb was like talking to a new friend who was helping us find a house. She was always available and responsive to our needs. If she didn`t know the answer to a question, she researched and found out ASAP! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for real estate in the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Camano Island, WA.
Barb was very helpful in helping us find a home. We were looking in a specific neighborhood and had certain requirements of what we wanted. She was patient, but diligent and only showed us homes we might like. She called us the moment a house came on the market. During the purchase process, she continued to work through all phases to bring the loan to closure. Great job, Barb!

Sold a home in 2009.
We met Barb while we were looking at a house and trying to start our lives together. She helped us pull together our housing plans. The task she took on was was more complicated than just buying a house. We were creating a life together and had to sell some real estate and purchase a home suitable for all our creatures great and small.Barb was innovative, creative and cheerful. Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
Pleasant, detail oriented, pleasantly aggressive in selling and helping you to find a new home. Not easily discouraged, knows the market and pursues all marketing venues. Great lady, easy to work with! Our property was in the mountains where nothing was selling in our price range (glut of homes for sale, poor economy, high gas prices and we were miles from town). While we didn't sell our house she didn't leave any stones unturned and worked dilligently on our behalf.

Bought a home in 2011.
Barb was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was prompt and friendly and followed up with the other realtor who was impossible and took his time doing anything. Barb kept on him and finally he responded and we got the deal closed. Barb even came to our house to close everything. She is very professional.
