    We worked with Barbara multiple times because we were transferred to and from the Princeton area while employed by a major retailer. Her knowledge and love of this area is impressive and inspiring.     Barbara's educational background has provided her with a deep insight into home aesthetics and construction.  With a Master's Degree in the History of Art and Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, Barbara has a special appreciation for historic homes and homes with unique architectural relevancy.  In addition to eighteenth century Colonial farmhouses, Princeton is rich with stately nineteenth and early twentieth century Victorian, Tudor, and Georgian homes, and stunning examples of contemporary styles.  Barbara has a practical working knowledge of home remodeling, having learned how to plumb, wire, frame, and roof her own properties.   She can help buyers and sellers identify potential risks in properties and can provide insight into what the repair costs might be.

    Having raised five children in the Princeton area, Barbara is well versed in the academic, recreational, social, and cultural fabric of the community.  She deeply values her client relationships, past and present, and looks forward to helping new buyers and sellers navigate today's challenging housing market.
