Throughout our years of dealing with real estate agents Daryl was the best agent we ever met. It was time for us to downsize and it was at a scary time when the market and home prices were on the down side. We first met Daryl at an open house and were impressed by his knowledge, honesty and no pressure attitude. We really liked the house he was showing that day but didn't even have our house on the market at that time. We had looked for two years and seen at least 50 houses that showed great curb appeal but needed a ton of work on the inside. We had done the fixer uppers and were approaching retirement and decided we wanted an updated smaller house or we would just stay where we were. I remember we arrived at the open house with just 10 minutes before the closing time and almost didn't go in because the open house was almost over. We decided it would just be a quick walk through because it would probably not be updated. We were pleasantly surprised because the house was updated. Daryl made us feel so comfortable and asked if we had any questions. He continued to talk with us and answered our questions and never made us feel like we were holding him up. He talked with us for approximately a half hour and just said as we left, if we had more questions to give him a call at which time he gave us his business card.
We didn't know anything about Daryl as far as the rest estate world goes so we did a bit of homework. We lived in an area where we had several neighbors who were real estate agents but we were so impressed with Daryl we finally decided to go with him and were so glad we did. We found Daryl to be available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. He also educated us throughout the entire buy/sell process. Oh, and yes we ended up getting the house that we met Daryl at that day and moved into it three months later. To this day we feel Daryl is still available to us and continues to be a good friend. He has a hard work ethic and deserves all the success he has attained.
