Barbara Russell helped us during our move from California. As we did not know the area, she advised us on characteristics that were important to us as well as school districts, neighborhoods and much more. Sold a home in 2012.
We recently sold our condo with the assistance of Barbara Russell. We certainly do not believe we could have accomplished this sale without all of Barbara's efforts. She continually went out of her way to make certain the details were taken care of, from the detailed pictures of our condo to the HOA documentation requested the by the buyer's lender. Barb was amazing! She is very honest and down-to-earth. She never made us feel pressured just to make a sale. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process!
