Bought a home in 2012.
Amy has a handle on all of the markets in Cincinnati (including Northern Kentucky). She was very patient with my wife and I. Her energy is great and it makes the home buying process fun! We have referred several of our friends to her and they have all had great experiences.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Anderson Twp, OH.
I used Amy for the sale of my condo and purchase of my first home. With her assitance we sold my condo within a few days and I was in my new home within 3 months. Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2013 in Cincinnati, OH.
Amy is a hard working, intelligent, trustworthy, kind, perisitant, experienced business woman.. She has dedicated herself to helping her clients achieve their goals, whatever it may be (buy sell rent)! Amy understood what I was looking for in home and what would best suit my families needs. She has been so helpful during my home searching and buying journey .....Throughout the entire process Amy has always been punctual, flexible with her time, and as professional as can be! This was my first home so I didn't know anything about buying a home.... I don't think I would have my new home if it wasn't for her :-) She answered all of my many questions and helped me understand everything ... She always had my best interest at heart ... Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Cincinnati, OH.
Amy went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into the houses I wanted to see, when I wanted to see them. She also made sure my offer was submitted ASAP so I could compete with other existing offers. She handled all the details with the seller's agent and made sure all went well.
Will definitely call Amy again for my next buy/sell opportunity!

We have purchased two homes and sold one with Amy. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients make you feel as if you are the only one. She has an incredible network of professionals from contractors, inspectors, mortgage brokers, plumbers....the list goes on. We relocated and were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and breadth of contacts. She even recommend a fantastic hair dresser! First you become a client, then a friend. Amy recognizes the importance of excellent customer service and takes client relationships very seriously. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Hamilton, OH.
Amy was great! We had been looking for a house for a year and she never lost patience with us. I would call her up and want to look at a house right then and she would squeeze us in and make it happen. The house we bought went on the market on a Wednesday I called her and said we need to look at this house. Even though she was completely booked until Saturday she squeezed us in Friday. She was extremely helpful in everything!
