Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Newport, KY.
We have purchased two homes and sold one with Amy. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients make you feel as if you are the only one. She has an incredible network of professionals from contractors, inspectors, mortgage brokers, plumbers....the list goes on. We relocated and were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and breadth of contacts. She even recommend a fantastic hair dresser! First you become a client, then a friend. Amy recognizes the importance of excellent customer service and takes client relationships very seriously. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else!

My son told me that if we wanted to sell our house we should call Amy Barkett. We did and she did! Amy gets it done!
Amy did a great job advertising our home, and kept up with all the details. She made sure that all the procedures were in place to complete the sale after we received an offer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Hamilton, OH.
Amy was great! We had been looking for a house for a year and she never lost patience with us. I would call her up and want to look at a house right then and she would squeeze us in and make it happen. The house we bought went on the market on a Wednesday I called her and said we need to look at this house. Even though she was completely booked until Saturday she squeezed us in Friday. She was extremely helpful in everything!

Amy is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. She was helpful and patient throughout my prolonged home buying experience. She made my first time buying a home a stress free, easy process and it alleviated a lot of stress knowing that she was working with me. Even after buying my home Amy continues to keep in contact about remodeling, refinancing, etc. She has been a great help and I will use her in the future and recommend her to anyone in the market.

Amy Barkett is the reason you hire a realtor. She brings professional experience to her clients "that you can't get from surfing the internet". She also worked as hard for me as I work for myself. Her attention to detail was unsurpassed...following up with other realtors, title companies, etc. helped to keep them on track and meet my deadlines. I used her to sell my house and to purchase another home. She was very helpful in helping my stage my home to sell. I have recommended Amy to all my friends and family.
