Do you think the Zestimate listed for your home is correct or incorrect? Zillow uses a computerized estimate based on tax records, which isn't always going to be the correct way to value a home. Often, the tax records don't even list your correct square footage! Additionally, Zillow doesn't know if you have a fabulous location, or if you are on a busy street. They don't know if you have a new $100,000 kitchen or an old kitchen. They don't know if your neighborhood is highly desirable or if your schools are sought after.
