Toby was great! My husband and I were doing a military relocation and there were times we were not able to be in the area. Toby was our eyes, at times, and went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted. He worked extremely hard for us! Toby made us feel very comfortable and treated us like family. He made the process of buying a home simple and always let us know what to expect. He was even able to negotiate a few repairs on the home for us that we didn't expect!
