    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Hollister, CA.
    Barry is a great person and was a huge part of our purchase of our new home. We looked at several homes and even made an offer on one. After some back and forth negotiations, Barry gave us feedback that the house was exceeding the market value so we continued our adventure for another house. The home we are in now was recommended by Barry and after some research by him, we made an offer whch was accepted. His knowledge on how to approach the bidding process gave us a step ahead of the others. Barry new exactly what we were looking for and as the houses would become available on the market, we were looking at them. He is also very knowledgeable on the construction of the homes and involves himself personally in making sure we were getting everthing we want.

    Barry has become family now as he made the connection with my family and made sure everything we needed before/during/after the pruchase of the home went smoothly.    …More Less

    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA.
    I guess my story is a common one, Long Marriage dissolving and house going into foreclosure but what i believe makes my story different is how it turned out. I knew Barry as a leader in my Cambrian Neighborhood. He lead the local board of homeowners as president of the PWIA to revamp, rewrite and set us on a track of success they enjoy today. When I was notified of an impending Foreclosure I approached Barry with my situation. Barry had a legal practice for many years and now was in Real estate so I felt his background was what I needed to get some options. He suggested a short sale. I agreed and he got things started right away. There wasn't a day to waste when he took charge. He was persistent yet very respectful. There were so many forms to fill out and he had to deal with a separated couple that barley communicated. He played it down the middle perfect. The house got offers pretty quickly and it was tempting to take the first or second but Barry held us back and knew just when to accept and how to do it. I couldn't have been happier with how he handled the entire deal. I was so pleased with his performance that when the new rental I moved to went the same direction while I was living there I suggested the owner contact Barry. She hired Barry to short sale her house too and he had that place sold within a month. He made it so comfortable for me to live there while he sold it by controlling entry and being there every time it was shown and only showing it while i was at work. Barry has a way of looking at the whole picture, listening to all parties involved and finding the right plan to go forward at the least inconvenience to all, this is what make him my Realtor of choice.
