The comps that you have chosen are not even close to the neighborhood that our house is in. We live in an upscale area of Knoxville- where most of the houses sell for $100+ per square ft. You show only the South Knoxville map- which is the cheapest part of town(i.e. college students, single parents, etc), and as you might guess- there is a North, East and West side that is not even taken into consideration. You have chosen comps that are in the worst part of town- that are 15-20 miles away. That would be like you using comps in the worst part of Seattle- if you were located in the best part of town. You have also made judgements about Knoxville that are not accurate. I believe you have chosen the lowest zip code- thus the huge difference. This is NOT an accurate web-site at all, and should not be used by anyone looking for realistic estimates. I guess that's why there called "Zestimates". I would like to cancel my account with you, and I hope that everyone else will follow suit.

Zillow has used comps on this house that are in a low scale area. THis home is in the most upscale part of Knoxville. However- I will saY THAT kNOXVILLE is a GREAT city- and the information provided is based only on one zip code- there are probably 100 different zips in Knoxville. Please don't be concerned about moving to Knoxville because of this totally inaccurate site.

Our Home shows 2750 sq. ft., and in actuality, the previous owner added1400 sq. ft., Why doesn't the Zillow website show the acurate info. I have posted several times the actual- but the info never updates. Can someone let me know what to do? Coby pbea5@aol.com
