My name is Bethanne Baer and I have been selling homes in Orlando for over 20 years.

My background before becoming a REALTOR was mortgage lending.

I don't handle mortgagesnow, but also work as a Loss Mitigation Specialist for those needing a short sale or preforeclosure specialist.  I still have a good working knowledge of the mortgage lending field. In the past, I worked for HUD and VA assisting with foreclosures.

I have a very diverse background, and I use it everyday in my work, selling homes or finding homes for my customers.

I live in SODO or South Downtown near Conway. My family and I have lived in this area for a number of years. My husband and I, have 3 sons. One son has graduated from UCF this past fall, one is a Senior at FSU and I have a 18 year old at Valencia Community College.

As you can see by my picture I love dogs and cats. I have 4 dogs. My office is located at 2300 South Crystal Lake Drive, Orlando. My husband and sons remodeled an old bait shop into my office.(Remember the old Miss Kittys or Amanda Bait and Tackle?) We love the location and the office is very convenient for sellers and buyers.
