Thanks for checking out my resume.

My name is Bethanne Baer and I have been selling homes in Orlando for over 20 years.

My background before becoming a REALTOR was mortgage lending.

I don't handle mortgages now, but also work as a Loss Mitigation Specialist for those needing a short sale or preforeclosure specialist. I still have a good working knowledge of the mortgage lending field. In the past, I worked for HUD and VA assisting with foreclosures. I am also a Certified HAFA Professional and can help with a loan modification.

For the buyers in the market, I specialize in Down Payment Assistance, Bond Loan Programs, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. I am very familiar with the process of selling a foreclosed property, HomeSteps, and HomePath, too!

I have a very diverse background, and I use it everyday in my work, selling homes or finding homes for my customers.
