Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Fatin held an assistant controller/treasurer position with a multi-million dollar publicly held company in the health care idustry. 

Fatin is a resident of Ardsley for the past 29 years. She has three children who graduated from the Ardsley school system, and her daughter Heather, was the starting pitcher and Wall of Fame recipient for the Ardsley softball team in 2001. With Fatin's financial background, she is able to bring her negotiation skills into her real estate business to help her clients achieve the best deal possible whether they are buying or selling.

Fatin has been a consistent top producer, ranks in the top 5% nationally among other realtors. Fatin believes in providing superior services, with no compromises.
