Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Dobbs Ferry, NY.Summary:
Fatin was able to negotiate the deals she brought to me during a difficult market.. I did feel that there was a lack of communication and some points during my accepted deal. Whether this was a combination of the nature of the deal, the changes in the mortgage laws or the lack of knowledge on the part of the other broker, there were many times I was not kept up to date and I felt that the closing date just suddenly materialized leaving me unprepared and needing to scramble to get out of my home with very short notice. Although this might have been unavoidable, it would have been nice to receive weekly updates to put my mind at ease. Overall, Fatin did do her job as expected in a poor housing market and anytime a deal is successful, and closes, that makes its a good deal.…More Less

Unfortunately, the buyer's bank delayed the whole process and was not responsive enough, which made the transaction a bit stressful to my client. the Buyer's agent was not supplying me with updates on the transaction, which made my client feel that she was not kept up to date. Everything went well at the end and I was able to bring the highest prices for all my clients in this area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $1700k in Ardsley, NY.Summary:
Fatin did a wonderful job on our behalf in all aspects of our home sale. From preparing our home for sale, marketing and then showing it, to negotiating with the purchasers, in my view her performance was best in class. Highly recommended!
