My name is Chris Belloise,

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to tell you a little about Beth and I. I believe it’s a good idea to get to know the team responsible for the important task of finding you a home or marketing and selling your home. So here’s a short history about us.

My family moved to Clearwater Beach in the 1950’s. I was born in 1962 and except for a six-year tour of duty in the United States Air Force, I have always lived in the area. During this time, I have seen many changes on Florida’s West Coast, from the transformation of crushed seashell and sand roads on Clearwater Beach to the quiet rural counties of Pasco growing into the sprawling urbanizations of today.

As with all change, there are positive aspects. It's never been a better time to buy a home and for sellers never a more critical time to be represented by community market experts. We have the largest internet presence giving our listings the greatest exposure. If you are considering buying, there is no better time than now as you can afford a larger or perhaps a waterfront home. The economy has driven down prices and interest rates are at all-time lows.

As a native, I know the area and its communities. We have many local and out of state contacts, which gives us the advantage of quickly matching up buyers with the right home. Our love of the area and respect for neighbors makes it easy for us to set high work ethic standards.

Although Beth was born in New Hampshire, she moved to Florida over 30 years ago and knows the area as well as I do. Together we have watched the area’s progress. Beth and I have been married for 28 years, which allows us to work closely as a team. We get the job done efficiently.

In 1997, after 17 years of marriage, we were blessed with our first child. After the odds the doctors gave us, we named this miracle child, our son, Chance. Our second miracle son came only 20 months later and is named after my younger brother, Andre.

We found success in our professions due to our true enjoyment in meeting and working with people. It was only natural for us to move from consulting into Real Estate careers.

Wanting a waterfront home, we chose Gulf Harbors Woodlands. After moving from Clearwater to Gulf Harbors in 2000 we have enjoyed an ideal lifestyle, incredible sunsets, a wonderful, supportive community, we still love it here. As the market goes up and down our waterfront long term investment is sound. We know where we’ll be celebrating our 50th anniversary!
