Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Traverse City, MI.
This was my first time buying a house, and I wanted to find an agent who would be patient and not pushy. Ben was fantastic. I don't think I could have had an easier experience. Mr. Ewing was very helpful while I was buying a house. I bought my property while in another state essentially. He made that possible. He was very quick, and the process was very simple. I was able to trust him to handle the buy for me. He knew what needed to be done and was able to work well with the seller on my behalf. Ben is an excellent realtor with great knowledge of the current market. He was always very professional and went above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor. Ben was able to help us navigate through the purchase of a very difficult foreclosure process all the while keeping our best interest as the main focus.
