Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Traverse City, MI.
This was my first time buying a house, and I wanted to find an agent who would be patient and not pushy. Ben was fantastic. I don't think I could have had an easier experience. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and I ended up making an offer on the second house I saw. Not only that, he advised me through each step of the purchasing process, and everything took less than two weeks. I can't recommend him enough.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Copemish, MI.
Mr. Ewing was very helpful while I was buying a house. I bought my property while in another state essentially. He made that possible. He was very quick, and the process was very simple. I was able to trust him to handle the buy for me. He knew what needed to be done and was able to work well with the seller on my behalf. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to buy a house.

Bought a home in 2013.
Ben is an excellent realtor with great knowledge of the current market. He was always very professional and went above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor. Ben was able to help us navigate through the purchase of a very difficult foreclosure process all the while keeping our best interest as the main focus.
I would definitely use Ben again and personally recommend him.

I have been an attorney for 25 years and have used Mr. Ewing's real estate services and knowlege both professionally and personally. He is fabulous. He is extremely knowledgeable, has an absolutely winning personality, and is as honest as the day is long. I would never consider using anyone else for real estate transactions and advice.

Bought a home in 2012.
Mr Ewing exceeded my expectations. He negotiated a very complicated and large land contract. I felt very comfortable with him throughout the entire process. My spouse also enjoyed learning about the local area from Ben.
He did a great job of listening to our needs and helping to match properties we were looking for.
I feel like we got a great deal on the house we are buying!! I really don't think another realtor would have made this happen.

Showed home in 2011.
Ben has been out buyer's agent and I could have not been more pleased. He is thorough, he cares, he is honest and he knows the area very well. He does the work, informs you of everything. Ben is my treasure. I trust him 100% and it's a pleasure to deal with him. I am sure many people out there will agree.
