I have called repeatdly to the previous Insurance Co., Country Companies, Igot the information from an agent assistant and verified it with the lender, Chase. I even called the insurance companies billing dept. they called the ins. co. area manager to call me to work this out. To this day the manager has never called. I left that co. and Chase should have been aware just seeing the big difference in the payout on each policy. Country Companies Insurance wont help nor will Chase the service lender. So how do I get this resolved?
After notifing both the lender and the insurance company I got the run around from both. The lender made the error in paying the insurance company twice by paying on the previous owners policy (nearly twice my policy rate) and paid on my current policy for 1 1/2 years. When I received my payment I noticed It increased due to an escrow shortage. In short the insurance agent was fired. The manager of Country companies in charge of my area would not call me back, still hasnt. I left the company and reapproached the lenders, insurance dept. at Chase and almost three years later they still have not and will not handle this but they sure are good about keeping that escrow shortage intact. I dont know what to do?
