Bought a home in 2012.
When first speaking with Bonnie The first thing I noticed was her drive to find me "the perfect home." She spent countless hours with me going over potential houses, as well as driving countless miles all over southern NH. She was always professional, courteous and most importantly, on time. Bonnie does not know what time off is, and always answered my messages promptly. She is the epitome of what a real estate professional should be, and I will be working with her for the foreseeable future. Her level of knowledge of the housing market is unmatched and she is well respected in the community. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect partner in my real estate endeavours. I recommend her to everyone I know looking to purchase a house or condo.

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I worked with Bonnie in April 2012 when we purchased our first home. What a great experience. Bonnie made the entire process so painless and the transition to home ownership so smooth that it was as though we just woke up one day in our new home!!! The house that we fell in love with had just been put on the market the day that Bonnie showed it to us....had it not been for her, we may have lost this beautiful gem. We are forever grateful to her for her hard work and dedication to us throughout the home buying process. IF ever move again, Bonnie will be the first person to know.

Sold a home in 2012.
My husband and I have bought and sold two (2) homes/properties to date. Bonnie served as our buyers' agent when we bought our second home in New Boston in 1995. In May of this year, Bonnie helped us sell that same property. Her knowledge in the real estate business is most impressive. She made sure we were informed in every step of the way and helped us negotiate the sale. Given the current state of real estate market, I would say, we were able to sell our home in record time. Our home was put in the market end of February and closed by end of April. Not to mention we were able to get our original asking price! We found our real estate agent for life!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Weare, NH.
Bonnie has helped us with the purchase of two homes. Both times she was able to work through any issues that came up. She was there through every step of the process and I would highly recommend her.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Manchester, NH.
Bonnie got me more money for the house I sold than the other realtors were even willing to list it for-I got over the appraised value.
Bonnie was also very agressive in helping me negotiate on the Condo I purchased,with the seller eventually coming down $10,000 and doing several repairs.
While possibly a bit unconventional,I feel that Bonnie is the best,and most knowledgable realtor I have ever dealt with.
I would definitely reccomend her to any of my freinds.
