Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in East Berne, NY.
Beth did a super job in getting the house sold quickly and at almost full asking price. In a tough economy she was able to sell my summer camp house in 6 weeks. Others for sale took much longer and may still be on the market. I was assuming I would have to keep the camp/house through the winter since I did not list until late summer and we knew hardly anybody is interested in summer places in the winter. She did an aggresive market campaign in getting the word out to other real estate companies, flyers, caravans (showing to other agents) and held open houses. Beth also worked hard after the "sale" making sure all the inspections went smoothly (advised us on a minor repair and had a list of qualified contractors to do the work), worked well with the buyer's agent ensuring their to do list got done as well as with both lawyers so the closing was on time and had no surprises. Her knowledge of the real estate markets is super but her knowledge on all aspects such as loan types, inspection requirements, legal issues, taxes and town codes are second to none. She was also very good at getting back to us and keeping us informed. Bottom line is Beth got our place sold in the price range we wanted and a timely closing which saved us even more money on taxes, utilities, upkeep, etc. if we had to keep the place longer. Sold a home in 2011.
We found Beth to have unique ideas in marketing our home. Whether it was through realtor Open Houses or advertising, her ideas brought in a whole new set of buyers. She worked closely with us and was willing to research questions that we had concerning comparable properties in order to find a competitive price range. We would highly recommend Beth to anyone selling a home.
