Bought a Single Family home in 2003 for approximately $275K in Shoreline, WA.
I bought my first home in 2003, met Buck at one of his open houses. Felt completely at ease talking to him about what I was looking for. He’s very patient, and listens to your needs. He takes a stressful first time home-buying situation with tons of information and calmly condenses everything to a workable solution with a list of just the details that you need to focus on. I was new to the State and he really helped me narrow down locations and good school districts. I was very impressed at his level of detail on just the school programs and the school district information. He was very patient as we looked through quite a few houses in quite a few cities in the neighborhood. He made the first home buying experience so painless and walked me through every step of the process. I knew I had a good person in my corner when he called me right back on any questions I had months after the sale. Since then I’ve used his services on a couple other investment properties and my second home. I have referred him to a few of my friends who have had an equally positive home buying experience that they have in turn referred him on to their friends. He made my first investment property buying experience very smooth and it was great to have a list of recommended contractors and repairmen from him if I was at a loss. Before I even bought my investment property I had a list of repairs to be made and exactly what it would take in terms of cost, availability of contractor time, and time to fix them if I went ahead with it.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Monroe, WA.
I was refered to buck by my best friend, possibly the best recomendation she has ever given me! we were purchasing our 1st home, newly weds with countless "helpers". Buying a house is so stressful and everyone thinks they know everything. Buck was so helpful, he helped us cut through the myths, the hype, and the "helpful suggestions" of friends and family. He was so patient taking time to educate us and offer advice straight up, regularly returning to properties to show friends and family before making final decisions. We looked at so many options and locations and Buck was always working to help us make the best decision for our wants and needs but also helping us make a smart investment for the future. He is just so nice and has continued to be a great advisor in our life. I just can't say enough good things about him and would highly recomend him for 1st ime buyers or millionth time buyers, you'll get what you need and should be able to expec from 33+ years of experience.
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Monroe, WA.
My boyfriend and I are in our mid twenties and just bought our first house. We came into everything blind and Buck was an excellent asset. He was absolutely wonderful and never pushy, treating us like we were going to buy a multimillion dollar home not a 200k home. He was excellent at always e-mailing us houses he knew we would be interested in, and even though we were very picky he was patient. Even to go as far as making sure we were not settling on something we would not be happy in. Not to mention he has been in the industry for so long and is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had and thoroughly enjoys doing what he does. As a first time homebuyer it was really nice that he CC us on all of his e-mails to other agents and lenders always keeping us up to date and in the loop. We have referred him to three other couples that he helped find homes and will continue to refer to anyone we know buying a house.
