    We connected, but it did not work out.
    I had contacted Mr. Cook due to a house that I viewed on Zillow. Mr. Cook responded to my email, and he made an effort to assist with the house. He was pleasant and helpful, and I recommend Mr. Cook!

    "We have been in the process of looking for a home and enlisted the help of Bill Decook for this. Bill has been able to put together several locations that are actually located outside the local region that he is employed in. Bill took the time to meet us and take us to three or four addresses, some that we had seen online and others that he thought we would be interested in. Bill went with us to each location, pointing out things for us to consider while looking at the properties and offering advice of changes that could be made when some homes didn't appear as we had hoped. If Bill didn't have an answer for our questions right then, he would always say "let me check into that and I will let you know." We would always hear back within the following week with a reply to our questions.     I live by the golden rule that the customer is always right. When searching for properties I understand that my job is to be an advocate for home buyers, show them properties of interest and answer all questions that a buyer may have. I want to make sure that the house you buy will be a house that you love because you will be living there and my reputation depends on doing that for you. You should be comfortable with the home you choose for years to come not just for the moment.
