Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Oxnard, CA.

Sometimes buying a home can be a difficult experience. If you are dealing with relocating, a changing real estate market and a short time frame in which to purchase a property, it can prove to be beyond stressful. Such was the case this past June when I needed to buy a home. From the moment I met with Bill, his warm and honest personality, wisdom of the changing market, knowledge of neighborhoods and his attention to detail made the process easier and instantly removed the stress I felt as a buyer.

I can honestly tell you, that if it was not for Bill's determination and years of professional experience, I would not have been able to move into my new home so quickly. Thanks to his negotiating skills, I was able to purchase a great home, within my budget, for less than I thought.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Ojai, CA.

Bill helped us sell a house that was very unique-it had an old, smaller home, but a huge property. The house was listed incorrectly in the county records, which would made it hard to get what we were asking for.
