Billie helped me purchase my first house recently. I was completely unfamiliar with the entire process and Billie assisted and advised me, patiently explaining every step. She was always available to answer questions and clearly has great experience and knowledge of the business. Her response to my emails (which were numerous!) was very fast, usually within an hour. She helped me find the perfect house and I couldn't be happier with my new place. She was always professional when dealing with sellers, but also lots of fun to work with. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $475K in Shoreline, WA.Summary:
Billie is very knowledgeable, gracious and quite generous with her time. She even offered to assist us with an estate sale several months before we hired her. Then, upon listing our parents' home with Billie, she helped stage it with her personal furnishings.
Throughout the process, she kept us updated every step of the way. Also, whenever necessary, Billie worked with the buyer’s agent to help move the sale along.
We were particularly glad that Billie was with us the day of closing procedures, when several technical problems surfaced which she quickly solved.
Billie's many years of real estate experience proved invaluable. My wife and I will definitely be hiring her again when we are ready to sell our own home.…More Less
