A friend of mine introduced Bill Pallis to me and said, “I trust Bill completely.” I think my friend is right because I trust Bill too. During working with Bill to search for a new home, Bill told me what he thought about the value of the house that I selected and gave me his honest opinions, then let me made my own decision. Bill did not rush me in making any counter offer. Bill treats everybody with fairness, and that what I like about Bill and have more respect for him.
