Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Naperville, IL.
I have known Bill for years and when my husband and I were ready to purchase our first home we had no doubts on who to call. Bill did a great job discussing our goals, dreams and budget so that he could find the right places for us to look. We were targeting District 203, or at least staying in the Naperville area and his thorough discussions & research lead us to a great list of showings. In no time, we found the perfect home. Bill’s negotiation skills got us a deal within just a few hours of our initial offer! Needless to say, we were thrilled. Through the closing Bill kept us informed and helped us through every question we had – which were many as first time buyers!

Bought a home in 2011.
They are very professional and attentive to the needs of the client. I cannot say enough about the patience they showed in finding just the right place for us. Bill White Sr. and Jr. did a great job of marketing our house. They guided us through the current choppy waters that are today's real estate market. They are very familiar with the Naperville market, and know how to sell the area as well as the home.
