Unfortunately you can't delete the Zestimate that Zillow provides. You can however edit your home details and provide information in the Owners Estimate section to ask to have a re-evaluation.
* typo meant to say "where the seller is simply looking to relocate."
This listing is not a short sale. This is a conventional sale where the buyer is simply looking to relocate. Please let me know if you have any other questions,Bill

When you bring up your home address, look under the "tools" options to the left of your street view. There should be an option that says "claim your home." Click on that, then select your name as the legal owner in the dropdown box. If your name is not there there is a link to click on where you can fill out your information. Hope that helps ...
Thank you for your question. Zillow's "Zestimate" is based on some same&some different information than an appraiser or Realtor might use. We have found that not all homes (active, pending and sold/closed) are accounted for on Zillow so it is wise to use a "Zestimate" as one tool among many. The same goes for an appraisal ... your home may be worth X in the eyes in an appraiser at one moment in time but that does not mean that a seller can successfully sell their home for the appraised value. Bottom line - a combination of assorted market conditions account for home values.
Thank you, Drew ... Is there any way I can change the VT links for the listings I noted above or would I have to mark the current listings as "off the market" and start from scratch? Thank you,Bill
Hello Zillow helpers, Three of my listings were uploaded three days ago (said I was the one who provided the info which I was not ... I'm concerned about that as well). Anyway, I edited the majority of the listings but cannot figure out how to change the link to my Virtual Tour (whoever uploaded these listings provided a defunct link). How do I make this adjustment without having to delete the work I've already done? (listings are 1304 N West, 1308 N West, 1044 Royal Bombay). Thank you,Bill
