Bill recently sold a house for me, and I could honestly say without him, the sales process would not have been so smooth. While I meet with a handful of brokers, no one really stood out. As a matter of fact, it was fairly evident that some of these brokers were really looking to make a quick commission. Bill came off as genuine and truly knowledgeable of the market and our recent sale definitely proved this. Within 4 days of putting it on the market, I got an offer that was better than what I expected and ended up closing soon afterwards. On top of this, even after receiving an offer from the buyer, Bill was there for me until the date of closing: advising me how to get necessary permits, providing me with trustworthy contacts for home repairs and literally helping me move out items from our house on the DAY OF CLOSING. Based on my experience, I realize why brokers have the stereotype. However, Bill was quite the opposite: he is a genuine person before a dependable/qualified broker and really has the buyer in his best interest. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in the market.

Sold a home in 2014 in Pines Lake, Wayne, NJ 07470.

I would highly recommend Bill Kivlon to sell your house. My wife and I needed to sell our house due to my job relocating. Bill gave an excellent presentation regarding his knowledge of the local market. Bill was able to show us what comparable houses sold for in our area and priced our house correctly. Once we decided to go with Bill he was very aggressive in holding open houses and brought us two offers within the first three weeks of the listing of our house. Bill was also very helpful in the negotiation process. Once our house was under contract my wife and I had to leave for my new job prior to our closing. Bill once again was very helpful in completing inspections on our house and also contacting contractors for minor repairs that needed to be completed so that we could obtain our CO. Bill was very professional and nice to work with. I would highly recommend Bill Kivlon to anyone who is looking to sell their home.  More Less

Sold a home in 2013 in Brook Valley, Kinnelon, NJ 07405.

Bill is a knowledgeable realtor who is very available to show listing and is appropriately pushy. I often flounder about making decisions but Bill was helpful in guiding us through this stressful process. He was very helpful from start to finish and anticipated pitfalls along the way. He even was kind enough to help me take down my chandelier and even pitched in during the moving process, which helped save me time and money. All in all good man and great realtor.  More Less
