Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
In 2010, I signed with Brian Lacklen, an agent with Ascent Real Estate, to sell my home and buy a new one. I first met Brian when he gave me an evaluation for my condo. I was grateful to work with someone so knowledgeable of the market and professional in his business conduct.
During the sale process, he impressed me with his ability to negotiate. He skillfully handled the demands of the buyer during the closing process and made certain the deal closed amicably and on schedule. I was especially impressed with his use of technology. To facilitate in the purchase of my new home, I was given access to a database of active local listings and the ability to search it according to my criteria. Brian still found listings that were interesting additions to the results my searches produced. Even signing the closing documents was done online.
Recently, I referred Brian to a friend of mine who is thinking of buying a place in town. My friend was excited by Brian's knowledge of the real estate market, his character, and his energy.
