When it came time to finally purchase my own home, I was working for a real estate company that had an average of 200 agents. They were all very knowledgable in the field but it was Brian that I trusted the most to help me with the biggest purchase of my life. I was a first time home buyer and was within a certain income bracket and because of that I qualified for an incredibly affordable program.
I was able to purchase my new home, which exceeded any of my expectations as a first time home buyer, only because he knew all the programs that were available to me at that specific time. He even knew all the deadlines and we were able to grab my home just in time. I honestly would not be in my home if I had not chosen him. It's been over three years and I'm just as happy as the day I got to walk in my brand-new home! He even still checks in with me. I refer all of my friends to Brian and know they are in good hands.…More Less

Brian helped me and my wife buy our first home back in 2006. He then helped us sell our home three years later at roughly 25% above what we paid for it. Yes, he sold our home at a profit during one of the worst real estate crises in history.
Prior to coming to Brian, we had worked with two other realtors. Neither had been able to find a home that fit our family's needs within our very limited budget. We were young, in school, and living on very limited incomes. We were also expecting our first child and needed a place to live together as a family.
We came to Brian through the recommendation of a friend. I was amazed at the level of attention he dedicated to helping us buy our first home. The commission on this sale had to have been minuscule, but you would have thought we were negotiating the purchase of the multi-million dollar condo complex.
This was during the era that most realtors were pushing buyers into all kinds of dangerous mortgage schemes. Not only did he stay within our budget, but he also helped us secure financing through a local nonprofit that provided a great fixed interest rate and help on the down-payment.
Three years later both me and my wife were out of school. Moreover, we had just decided to accept an offer to go work in Hong Kong. We needed to sell our home at the exact time that banks were failing and the market was in free-fall.
We turned to Brian for help. He swung into full effect immediately, staging the house, hiring a professional photographer, posting the listing on a number of websites and social media outlets, and spreading the word to other agents. We accepted a full-price offer within two weeks of listing.
I admire Brian as a professional and as a person. Speaking from my family's experience, it is no surprise that he has become a respected authority and media favorite. He represents the best in the real estate industry and in our community.

After having known Brian for several years, and having worked with him a in prior career where he over-delivered every time, he was my only choice for a real estate agent. Still, as you can imagine, I was aware that this transaction could make or break a relationship. Further, I was at his mercy. I was only armed with the information I could find on the internet. I really needed help. I could spew most any fact from a real estate website, but in the end, I needed professional, practical and honest advice.
Finding the perfect house new house was easy as it turned out. Finding out that someone else put a bid on the perfect house the same day we did was not. However, Brian guided us through the negotiation process seamlessly and I did not spend a dime more than I had budgeted. Really. A year later, I still LOVE my new house. I cannot express how grateful I am that I had an excellent negotiator on my side.
As for selling my other house, Brian was a pro. He had a professional photographer take my house photos and he really accentuated the great things about the prior house. No, it wasn't a mansion, but it was a functional little space that I had loved for a decade. Brian made sure it was well-publicized and it was even featured in a blog about affordable housing. Even through the bizarre events of the Nashville flood in 2010, Brian sold my house at a great price before I ever had to pay two mortgages.
As a side to the buying/selling process, I will also add that Brian made sure I had the absolute best in mortgage brokers. Brian's team worked tirelessly so I could rest.
On most days, I consider myself a bright person. I honestly could not have navigated these waters on my own. After such a painless and pleasant experience with Brian, I cannot imagine using anyone else for such an important investment. Do yourself the favor and interview Brian to be your agent. I don't think you'll have to interview anyone else.…More Less
