Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Cleveland Park, Nashville, TN.
Brian and his team at Village Real Estate were amazing. I had the unique pleasure of working with him to buy and sell my house. When I was buying, he listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me houses that were just right for me. We found my house the first day we went looking! The process of buying was impeccable. My banker even called me to find out who my realtor was because he had never had everything he needed delivered to him without having to make one single phone call. When I sold my house, Brian and Megan were equally great. They optimized the look and feel of the house, had phenomenal pictures taken, and we were able to move my house in a very difficult market in a relatively short time frame and very close to my asking price. I love these guys - trust me, you will too!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in Capitol View, Nashville, TN.
Brian was extremely helpful in the process of buying a home 4 years ago. In an effort to take advantage of the market and tax credit in 2009, I knew it was time to buy. He was very patient with me during the process, as it was my first time buying. He walked me through all the steps not once, but three times after the first two houses fell through at the fault of the sellers. He was very knowledgeable and friendly to boot. As stressful as the process could have been, it was made easier with his personality and humor. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in McFerrin Park, Nashville, TN.
When my partner and I decided to purchase our first house, we were inexperienced and needed the help of someone who truly understood our needs, wants, and our long-term objectives. Brian came highly recommended, and we could not have asked for a better agent to help us through the buying process - which we all know, has its ups and downs...and stressful moments!

Before we started looking at houses, Brian spend quality time with us to get a great idea of what exactly we were looking for, our budgets, and what were our "needs" compared to our "wish list". He then put together quite an extensive list of homes in different areas, which all had their own pros and cons. Through that process, we were able to get a better understanding of what we truly needed, where we wanted to buy, what we were willing to budge on and what we were not. Brian's knowledge of Nashville, and specifically East Nashville, is second to none. He understands the markets and was able to educate us in a way we could understand. Since we bought our house in 2010, the trends that Brian predicted have been spot-on and we couldn't be happier!

Brian was also there with us through the entire financing stages and was able to answer questions, and talk us off the cliff when things got testy. The underwriters, appraisals, inspections, etc are all stressful, but Brian was able to be there as an agent and friend through all of our questions, etc until everything was signed on the dotted line.

I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking at buying in Nashville. I simply cannot say enough great things about his care, compassion, professionalism, and knowledge....all which were truly amazing during our buying process.

Brian Copeland helped my partner and I purchase a home in 2010. I could not have been more pleased. He was very attentive to our needs as first time home buyers. Brian walked us through the entire process. He provided a buyer orientation that was very helpful. We even went under contract with another home but had to pull out due to issues with the inspection. Brian handled our entire buying experience with the highest levels of professionalism and made it very clear for us to understand. I recommend Brian and his team to everyone I know.

Brian has represented our church in several transactions in the past. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the different areas of town and the upside/downside of proprieties in each area, Because of his wide involvement in non-profit boards AND his professional affiliations he has a keen insight into the future possibilities offered in different neighborhoods.

He has been forthright in his advice on what needed to be done to get the best price when we were selling a property. He was a strong negotiator in that situation and also when we were buying property. I have nothing but the highest praise for every member of his team I have been fortunate enough to encounter.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Nashville, TN.
When I decided to take advantage of the low interest rates and the incentives to buy a new home last year, I really had no idea what I was doing. Yes, I had a 'starter' home, but I'd lived in it for a decade and my only realtor experience all those years ago was miserable. I knew two things when I made my decision to get in the game: I needed to sell my home fast and I needed to find a new one fast. I also had no idea what I wanted which made it even better.

After having known Brian for several years, and having worked with him a in prior career where he over-delivered every time, he was my only choice for a real estate agent. Still, as you can imagine, I was aware that this transaction could make or break a relationship. Further, I was at his mercy. I was only armed with the information I could find on the internet. I really needed help. I could spew most any fact from a real estate website, but in the end, I needed professional, practical and honest advice.

Finding the perfect house new house was easy as it turned out. Finding out that someone else put a bid on the perfect house the same day we did was not. However, Brian guided us through the negotiation process seamlessly and I did not spend a dime more than I had budgeted. Really. A year later, I still LOVE my new house. I cannot express how grateful I am that I had an excellent negotiator on my side.

As for selling my other house, Brian was a pro. He had a professional photographer take my house photos and he really accentuated the great things about the prior house. No, it wasn't a mansion, but it was a functional little space that I had loved for a decade. Brian made sure it was well-publicized and it was even featured in a blog about affordable housing. Even through the bizarre events of the Nashville flood in 2010, Brian sold my house at a great price before I ever had to pay two mortgages.

As a side to the buying/selling process, I will also add that Brian made sure I had the absolute best in mortgage brokers. Brian's team worked tirelessly so I could rest.

On most days, I consider myself a bright person. I honestly could not have navigated these waters on my own. After such a painless and pleasant experience with Brian, I cannot imagine using anyone else for such an important investment. Do yourself the favor and interview Brian to be your agent. I don't think you'll have to interview anyone else.
