I'm attempting to sell a house with Bloomkey as my listing agent. First problem was an issue with their server not allowing me to complete the application in a timely manner. Once that problem was corrected - there were a few issues with incorrect information. For instance, my property is located in Philadelphia,- when the listing 1st came out on Realtor.com (Bloomkey sends it to them) my property was listed as being in East Petersburg - where the heck is that! Once that was corrected, I tried to gain info about my property (like a buyer would) and I was directed to a Realtor in North Carolina who had no idea what I was asking about (email and phone went to her). If I tried to gain property info directly from the Bloomkey site, I was able to leave a phone message or send an email, but no one returns the messages. How will buyers ever contact the seller if Bloomkey doesn't forward the information? I am unable to get a property description placed on my realtor.com listing through Blomkey. Bottomline - be careful - this is a site that really has some limitations and I would not recommend it to anyone.
