Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Fair Oaks, CA.

Summary:

We didn't know Becky when my husband and I decided to sell our home, we had just seen her sign around the Fair Oaks area with "Sold" repeatedly. We made an excellent choice. After a few interviews with realtors, we signed with Becky. She immediately took charge insuring that the pictures of our home highlighted its' best features, and went to work marketing. Our home sold quickly and the people wanted a quick escrow. Becky and her team were always available to assist in the process. Of course, at that point, we needed to find our new home. Summary:

Time and money can be saved by using Becky Lund and her staff of professionals. Michele Nosal handled everything for me and did a first class job in looking, researching, taking time to show/explain her findings and recognizing our special needs. She stayed on track and finalized a deal including all the little hick-ups to our satisfaction. I would use Becky and Michele exclusively should I ever need a real professional in my corner. Who knows what the future may hold, but if they can sell my present home, before moving into my Fair Oaks digs then I'm in for their assistance there also.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Fair Oaks, CA.

Summary:

I feel that I can say, without fear of contradiction, that our experience with Becky went as well as or better than we could possibly have hoped.

Becky and her excellent staff kept us apprised and well-informed at every step of the process without inundating us with superfluous details.

But perhaps more important than the technical aspects of a home sale, it was clear that she truly cared about us and our family. No one wants to go through a short sale, but with Becky there at every step, we could focus on the rest of our lives and leave the business of marketing, negotiating and selling to the Lund Team.

And it didn't stop there. Becky continues--three months on--to call and e-mail to see how we're settling into our new home and check in on our family. Few professionals, in any sphere of expertise, are as genuinely interested in their clients' well-being as Becky.

I came by real estate pretty naturally. My grandmother had been a very successful agent in the Oakland area when I was young. I would go to the office with her and watch her interact with people. I was with her at her open houses and I sat with her on weekday mornings as she wrote her ads for the weekend classified. I always enjoyed being around her while she was conducting business and her strong belief in home-ownership rubbed off on me.

I have been encouraging people to buy homes long before I was an agent. I have believed that a home should be everyone's first major purchase. Of course it's a great investment, but beyond that, it is the foundation of what I believe is important. It's your place of pride; it's where you raise your family and where you entertain friends. It's where you are loved and encouraged. It's the place you go at the end of the day that's safe and comfortable. And when you own a home, it's yours and you can't be asked to leave because your landlord has decided to sell it or has raised the rent so high you can no longer afford it.

Much of who I am revolves around the home. I love family and am very close to my large, extended family. My family eats dinner with my siblings and their families every Sunday night. I love being a mother to my two sons, Sam and Nelson. I enjoy entertaining friends and I cherish the many friendships that I have. I am also proud to be an American where owning the American dream is still possible for people.

I enjoy sports and I am having fun with my sons working toward our goal of visiting every major league baseball stadium. There is nothing better than a great conversation over a good cup of coffee. It is fun being around people who have a good sense of humor where a good laugh can change the course of the day.

My twenty years of experience as a public school teacher has helped me be a better Realtor. My clients have been pleased with their results because I keep them educated from beginning to end about the entire buying and selling process.

Real estate is an exciting business. I love the business aspect of it– the negotiating, the strategizing, and the challenge of achieving the best outcome for my clients. I pride myself in being honest and continually working toward a win-win solution for all those involved in a transaction. I keep my clients updated continually and believe that communication is imperative. I work proactively which helps to ensure that things don't unravel at the end of the escrow.

I graduated from San Jose State University and received my teaching credential from National University. I am a life-long learner and I continue to take real estate courses that enable me to be a better agent for my clients. I believe in the public education system and am involved in my children's schools as well as their education.

I am a Christian and attend Bayside Church. I am involved in some of their outreach ministries and a woman's Bible study. My strong faith in God is what has allowed me to have such a rich and rewarding life. I am continually amazed at how truly blessed I am.

Using my background in education, my main focus is keeping up-to-date on market trends as well as inventory in the area. I then pass this information on to my clients. I put your interests first and work tirelessly to secure the sale or purchase of your home in a manner satisfactory to you.
