    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Malvern, PA.
    Bill McGarrigle is a no-holds-barred, gung-ho real estate agent. He represented us 100% of the way, keeping us up to date on what was happening and making it happen. We would recommend Bill highly as an agent if you are trying to sell your house. Our house had been on the market for six months with no action.     I am a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker who has been selling homes since 1985. My area of specialization is "geographic". I specialize in home sales in Malvern, West Chester, Exton, Paoli, Berwyn, and Devon. These areas are serviced by the Great Valley, Tredyffrin-Easttown, and West Chester Area School Districts.

    I grew up in the market area described above and currently live in Malvern. I matriculated through our local school system and my children have attended those same schools.
